Hello! I’m Anajrim, a software engineer, open-source contributor, and Computer Science and Engineering student at Chalmers University of Technology. My work spans embedded systems, backend development, Linux infrastructure, and application security.
I am particularly interested in security engineering, reverse engineering, and responsible vulnerability research. I use controlled experiments to understand how software and hardware systems fail, and how they can be designed and operated more securely.
Alongside my studies, I have explored embedded systems and reverse engineering — analyzing firmware, understanding how hardware and software interact at a low level, and finding what happens when you push systems outside their intended boundaries. These areas tie directly into my broader interest in how things actually work under the surface, and they remain a core part of what I work on alongside my studies.
Outside of pure software, I spend a lot of time in the infrastructure layer — self-hosting services on Proxmox, managing containerized workloads with Docker, and configuring everything from reverse proxies to DNS. I find the line between development and operations genuinely interesting, and having full control over the stack from bare metal to application has shaped how I think about reliability and performance.
I previously worked as a teaching assistant at Chalmers, supporting students in programming and engineering fundamentals. Teaching sharpened my own understanding: explaining a concept clearly requires understanding it deeply.

Contributions
Contributed to the ReVanced project by improving the CLI, creating/fixing patches and fixing performance and crash issues on their android app.
Implemented new features including LaTeX and file support, alongside performance improvements.
